US-02 —Join a site with an existing identity

US-2.1. As a user who already has a Seed identity, I want to join a site from the browser so that I can participate in it without having to create a new account. US-2.2. As a user who already has a Seed identity, I want to join a site from the app so that I can participate in it without having to create a new account. US-2.1. This step is not necessary, user already did the other steps to confirm sign in. Remove! US-2.2.
