She expected some kind of intro in the homepage, "where I am, what is this, what I can do?" Action → add more home intro formats, ie: cover with text intro on top (hero style)
She navigated easy, she though she was in some kind of blog
She would expect search inside each section. She didn't see the search option.

She understands there is people but not that she can participate.
It feels as a passive experience, just reading.
I'd expect and intro to all these collaborative options.
She haven't seen the 18 people collaborating. When she does she says: "
It is not clear to me what this "18 people collaborating" are doing here"
Because the site/blog look she don't understand it is a collaborative place and also because there is no context
She finds the general comments, but she was expecting this in specific sections like "bloc" not everywhere.
She misses all the actions strips. When she finds them she understands how they work easily, ie: sharing a text block

When she wants to comment finds very abrupt the switch to Hypermedia.
What is Hypermedia? What they want from me? I need more context or having Hypermedia on the site somewhere, ie: This is build by Hypermedia, and a link to it". Action → Apply the copy I created to intro Hypermedia.
If you tell me create an account with Google ok, but I don't know what Hypermedia is.
When she tries to create account she gets stuck on the passkey. For her it would be a drop out, she will use password. Also she mentions that her clients will 100% not use it if they have to use Passkey. Action → We need to implement password option ASAP an avoid that it can be recover. A big % of users will use this option, it can not be 💩
