In phase I (Foundations), we focused on correcting the main usability problems in the existing product. Phase II opens two parallel and independent lines: thematic surveys of communities and remote qualitative research sessions.

Track A → Thematic surveys

Written, asynchronous surveys sent to communities who never used Seed-based sites or current users . Each survey covers a different topic and may evolve over time.

Track B → Remote demos

Remote 1:1, face-to-face sessions with selected individuals. Open conversations that combine observation of the current product with a broader exploration of needs, context, and potential interest.
