Navigating the Desktop App using the mouse buttons

I have a habit that stems from using a mouse with forward and back buttons. Whenever I want to go back to a page I’ve visited before, I click the button on my mouse, only to be disappointed that this action isn’t reflected in SHM.

Would it be possible to navigate the page with a single click on my device, without having to use the arrows on the navigation bar?

A dashboard where each person can see:

Documents you sent that haven't been replied to (your outstanding tasks)

Documents you should have replied to (your own tasks)

Response rate (for team health, not for assigning blame)

The agent should update this in real time.

Interactive merged button

Today I came across one of my documents that had been “merged” into two versions. Without realizing this, I wanted to see what the other version was—the one I had created without noticing— so I instinctively clicked the button shown (image 2). To my surprise, nothing happened, and I have no (intuitive) way to access that other derived document.

I know that I can see the document versions, however, I think that it would be really useful and intuitive to be able to see the merged versiones by clicking that button.
