A Design Sprint is a 5-day methodology to move from ideation to a user-tested prototype. The problem with the Design Sprint is that it requires the whole team to work on the same prototype for an entire week. Once you finish the week and the team begins implementation, they often end up working asynchronously, reviewing most of the steps.
The idea is breaking down the 5-day into async flow and using the same toolbox to support async ideation and definition of the product.
During the product ideation and definition, we encourage the seed team members to use one of the following tools.
